Transporting bulk goods safely

This is made possible by the dump truck, which, with its compact dimensions of 23.62 in x 45.47 in x 33.46 in and handle, allows for precise positioning in the work area. The 167.6 lbs heavy-duty tipping container can be easily moved from A to B thanks to the four 3.94 in large castors (2 fixed and 2 swivel castors with brakes). The castors are made of PU, making them shock-resistant and quiet. If the container is filled with a large amount of debris, it can be lifted and transported using a suitable forklift truck. Two forklift pockets (7.48 in x 3.94 in) are attached underneath the tipping container for this purpose. The entire frame is made of cold-rolled steel and designed for long-term use in an internal environment. This enables the tipper to withstand the knocks and impacts that can occur during use. The container has a total capacity of 75.8 gal of debris or liquids and is suitable for use on construction sites or in production halls.

Emptying via tipping mechanism

Emptying is carried out via the integrated tipping mechanism when the container is picked up on the forks of a suitable forklift truck. The snap-in device, which ensures that the container does not tip over during transport, can be unlocked at waist height. After being picked up with a suitable forklift truck, the tipping mechanism is activated via the release lever to empty the container in a controlled manner. Safety chains limit the tipping angle during emptying when the container is picked up. 

If liquids such as oil or water have been collected in the tipper, they can be easily drained via an outlet valve on the side of the container. This saves time and energy and is therefore more efficient than tipping the container.

With this equipment, the tipper is suitable for internal transport and controlled emptying of bulk goods and liquids.

The attachment is not suitable for pallet trucks, but for forklift trucks. Before purchasing, please check whether the attachment is compatible with your forklift truck (fork tine cross-section up to max. 7.48 in x 3.94 in).
