Questions about service and processing

Depending on the country of delivery, we offer different payment methods, which you can choose from during the ordering process.

We offer free shipping throughout the US mainland (excluding Alaska, Hawaii) – for any other US islands we charge an island surcharge depending on the weight and dimensions of the ordered products. Please contact our customer service for further information.
The invoice is created as soon as the goods are handed over to the shipping company. Once you receive the shipping confirmation, the invoice will be sent on the same day. Please note that the sender is the same in both cases, but the subject line in the email is different.
You have the possibility to pick up the goods directly at one of our warehouses in Filderstadt (BW), Wesel (NRW) or Pasewalk (MV).
Please contact us for an appointment under the service number: + 49 (0)7158-91 81 550. We will gladly inform you about the weight as well as the number and dimensions of the packages.
Usually, depending on stock, your order will be handed over to the shipping company immediately after receiving your payment. The delivery time from this point onwards is 5-7 days nationwide. You can find more details about the shipping process here.
In principle, the delivery of the goods is carried out by our freight forwarding partner. Depending on length and weight, individual parts can also be shipped via parcel service providers. In this case they will notify you beforehand.
The goods are usually delivered FOT (free on truck). In this case, the shipment must be unloaded from the vehicle with the help of a forklift or a lifting device with sufficient lifting height. Please contact us, if you need an unloading device from us.

The Buyer shall inspect the goods upon receipt and will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless it notifies TOPREGAL in writing that the products shipped are different than the goods identified in Sales Confirmation ("Nonconforming Goods") within 7 days of delivery and furnishes such written evidence or other documentation as required by TOPREGAL.

We supply all orders including the material needed for the assembly.
No additional mounting material is required.
Questions about the Online Shop
An order is also possible via guest account.
Online ordering at TOPREGAL is easy and secure, even without a customer account. Of course, you are welcome to create a customer account.
Your advantages of registration: independent administration of your billing and delivery address, overview of your order history, and much more.
In the "My Account" section you can expect the management of your billing and shipping address including the option to change or add new information, an overview of your order history, the wish list function and the option to change your password.
If you have forgotten your password, please go to "My account" and select the "Forgot password" option. Then enter your email address and you will receive an email with a link to create a new password.
If you do not receive an email within 10 minutes, please check the SPAM folder in your email program. If despite entering the correct email address and having registered already you still have problems with logging in and have not received a "forgotten password" email, please contact us by email at email@example.com
In the "My account" section you will find the option to update your password. First enter your current password and the new one to confirm the change.
The wish list offers you a convenient way to save selected products that you would like to purchase at a later time. If you use it without logging in, the saved items are only retained during your current browser session. If you log in, your wish list will be permanently stored in your account. Adding or removing items is simply done by clicking on the heart icon next to each product. To share your selected products with others, you will find a dedicated share button on the wishlist page.
The length of time items remain in your shopping cart depends on whether you are logged in to the store or not. If you use the store without logging in, the items remain in your shopping cart only during the current browser session. If you are logged in, on the other hand, your items will be stored in your account for a period of 30 days.
Yes, the shopping cart can be shared by going to your shopping cart and clicking on the "Share cart" button. You will receive a link to copy, which you can then share.

Questions about lifting equipment and accessories
The HE1200/3 displays only one charge bar even at maximum battery charge. As the charge decreases, this bar moves to the left. The last two turn red. As soon as this range is reached, the device should be charged to avoid deep discharge.
Currently we do not have any products with initial lift (where the wheel arms of the forklift are lifted to increase the ground clearance during load pick-up and transport) or free lift (when the forks or the load can be lifted without increasing the height of the lift mast).
