Shipping - costs & packing

We’re excited to inform you that most of our products are shipped on pallets via our trusted freight forwarding company, ensuring safe and efficient delivery. For smaller items, we offer parcel service shipping whenever possible, adding convenience for you. Rest assured, shipping costs will be transparently added to your purchase during the checkout process.

Shipping – the process

Following your order, you’ll have to opt for one of our payment methods. We then hand over the goods to the forwarding agent. Deliveries within the USA usually take 5 to 7 business days.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

As of right now, we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping to other islands within the US

For shipping to an island, however, there is a surcharge. For further information, please contact us by mail at info@topregal.us or call us at our service number 713 474 8161.

Shipping outside the US

As of right now, we do not ship outside the US.

Dispatch by forwarding agency

Most of our products are shipped by a freight forwarder due to their oversized dimensions and heavy weight. Shipping is handled by our standard forwarding agent. Our products are usually handed over to the forwarding agent immediately after we received your payment. We assume that delivery locations are continuously staffed. Repeated deliveries will be charged by the freight forwarder. Please note that the delivery of your goods is usually made by a truck. To unload the goods, a forklift truck or other lifting equipment is required. This is not provided by the freight forwarder. If you wish to arrange an alternative way of unloading, please let us know when you place your order. We will then do our best to find a more suitable unloading option for you.
