Your tasks
- Processing of incoming phone calls from our TOPREGAL sales hotline
- Qualified and service-oriented processing of customer inquiries by e-mail and telephone
- Error-free recording of customer data in our ERP system
- Proactive support of the sales department in the operative daily business (sales and order processing)
- Interface between different departments
- Support of the team and sales management
Qualifications
- 1+ years of work experience
- Organizational talent and commitment
- Ability to work in a team, friendliness and loyalty
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications
- Conscientious, independent and structured way of working
- High degree of willingness to learn / openness for new and unconventional work in a motivated team
- Sense for customer needs and very good communication skills
- Candidate must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work in the United States

Your tasks
- Assembly/final installation of new electric pallet trucks
- Functional tests and commissioning of the respective equipment
- Outgoing goods preparation of our devices as well as the execution of the outgoing goods inspection
- Error analysis as well as rectification of defects
- Carrying out minor repairs
- Detailed documentation in operating and repair protocols
- Carrying out maintenance and safety checks in our company
- Contact person for technical queries in day-to-day business (support of the team and sales management)

- Skilled craftsmanship

- Experience in forklift driving are desirable
