Customer pick-up

Depending on your vehicle fleet and distance to our warehouse, in Joliet, Illinois, it may make sense for you to pick up the ordered items yourself. Double advantages: You will receive your goods within 3 business days and you will also receive a self-collector discount of 5% on the net purchase value.

Large quantities in stock

In order to be able to realize our short delivery times - usually 5-7 business days – and self-pickup within a few hours we pre-produce large inventories. These are located in our large storage areas and are ready for order picking.

Pickup - the procedure

After placing your order, you select your preferred payment methods. Then we will contact you regarding the time of your pick-up and the relevant information such as size and weight. We offer you a pickup date of within 3 business days after your order.

On-site support

In our central storage, you can pick-up with any type of vehicles (e.g. semitrailer, sprinter). Our warehouse staff will help with the loading of the goods. Normally, the pallet will be loaded on the vehicle from the back or side by a forklift.
