Our payment methods in detail

Credit card / debit card

In the case of credit card payment, the payment is processed during the order process. Immediately after the order is placed, the credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) indicated will be charged with the invoice amount. We will send you the invoice by e-mail after receipt of the order for your records. Afterwards, the goods will be handed over to the forwarding agent immediately. The transmission of your credit /debit card data is carried out by TLS (Transport Layer Securiy), the successor of SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and is therefore secure. In case of a return, a credit will be made to the credit card account.

PayPal

With the payment condition PayPal the payment is processed during the order process. For this you need a PayPal account where you log in during the order process and pay the amount directly. We will send you the invoice for your records by e-mail after we have received your order. Afterwards the goods will be handed over to the forwarding agent/the shipping company immediately.
