Height compensation

A transition profile is required to level out the height between floor coverings. A transition profile for height compensation is a construction element that is used to create a transition between different floor coverings or surfaces that are at different heights. If two floor coverings are at different heights, this can present a tripping hazard or lead to other safety risks. Height compensation makes it possible to even out these differences and create a level surface. This minimizes the risk of falls and at the same time creates an aesthetically pleasing and functional solution.

There are different types of transition profiles for height compensation, which can be selected according to specific requirements and/or visual preferences. For example, there are flat profiles that are suitable for the transition between floor coverings of similar height, as well as angled or beveled profiles that can be used for the transition between floor coverings with significant height differences.

Some transition profiles for height compensation are even equipped with additional functions, such as integrated channels for laying cables. These profiles are therefore particularly suitable for areas where electrical cables or sanitary installations also need to be laid. Overall, height compensation is one of the elements in floor design that help to create a safe, appealing environment.

In addition to transition profiles for height compensation, we also offer other products that are important for occupational safety and ergonomics. These include, for example, impact protection and barriers and safe ladders, to name but a few.
