Transport bulk material safely

This is made possible by the forklift truck tipping skip, which enables precise positioning in the working area thanks to its compact dimensions of 23.62 in x 45.47 in x 33.46 in and its handle. The tipping container, weighing 167.6 lbs, can be easily pushed from A to B on its four 3.94 in-large castors (2 fixed castors and 2 swivel castors with brakes). The castors are made of PU, making them impact-resistant and quiet. If the container is filled with a large quantity of rubble, it is lifted and transported using a suitable forklift. Two forklift pockets (7.48 in x 3.94 in) are fitted beneath the tipping container for this purpose. The entire frame is made of cold-rolled steel and designed for continuous use in an internal operating environment. This enables the forklift tipping skip to withstand the impacts and knocks that can occur during use. The cart's container holds a total of 67.4 gal of rubble or liquids and is suitable for use on construction sites or in production halls.

Emptying via tipping mechanism

Emptying is carried out via the integrated tipping mechanism while the container is supported on the fork tines of a suitable forklift. The snap mechanism, which prevents the container from tipping during transport, can be released at waist height. After the container has been picked up with a suitable forklift, the tipping mechanism is actuated using the release lever to empty the container in a controlled manner. Safety chains limit the tipping angle while the container is being emptied in the supported position. 

If liquids such as oil or water have been collected in the forklift tipping skip, they can easily be drained through a drain valve on the side of the container. This saves time and energy and is therefore more efficient than tipping the container.

With this equipment, the forklift tipping skip is suitable for the internal transport and controlled emptying of bulk materials and liquids.

The attachment is not suitable for high-lift pallet trucks; it is designed for forklifts. Before purchasing, please check whether the attachment is compatible with your forklift (fork tine cross-section up to max. 7.48 in x 3.94 in).
