The HU-P1316 hand strapping tool has an impressively high tensioning speed of 7.87 in/s and a tensioning force of 60 - 2,800 N. This guarantees the power and efficiency of this product, with its integrated tensioning and sealing function.

Thanks to the ergonomic positioning of the buttons, the tool can be easily operated with one hand. The welding process is started easily by pressing the top button. The strap can then be cut by pressing the switch on the side to remove excess material. Once the friction welding process is finished and the friction seal is tight, the strapping tool can be easily released by pulling the bottom lever. This means that consignment goods and packages can be tied up with force and made safe for transport in just a few seconds.

The tool is designed for PET (polyethylene) and PP (polypropylene) straps with a width of 0.51 - 0.63 in and a thickness of 0.02 - 0.047 in. The strapping tool is set for PET straps by default. It can be set for PP straps using the supplied mounting material. The welding process requires a temperature of only 59 - 68 °F, which eliminates the risk of burns. To achieve an optimum result, the tensioning force and the welding time can be adjusted electronically in several stages.

Because the tool creates a welded seam, no additional locking sleeves are required. This saves space and operating costs.

Thanks to the removable battery, the tool can be used without cables, which results in excellent handling and freedom of movement. The replacement battery is charged as you use the tool. This means that the HU-P1316 can be used flexibly in different locations. The labour-saving single-handed operation not only ensures efficiency and ergonomics in the workplace, but also makes it easy to tension and seal the strapping, whether horizontally, vertically or overhead. The handy rubber handle provides a good grip and a pleasant feel. Minor impacts are no problem thanks to the robust body. Like the HU-P1316 itself, the accessories are top-class. In addition to the strapping tool, you also get a spare Li-Ion battery. The batteries enable welding of 200–300 seams and last for approximately 8 h hours of continuous use. The charger, which charges the batteries back to full power within 1.5 h, is also included.
