The convenient side switch can be used to cut the strap and efficiently remove excess material. Once the innovative friction-welding process is complete and the sturdy friction seal is securely attached, the strapping machine can be easily released by pulling the lower lever. This allows picked goods and parcels to be firmly strapped within seconds and safely prepared for transport.

The device is ideally designed for straps made of PET (polyethylene) and PP (polypropylene), with a width of 0.51 - 0.63 in and a thickness of 0.02 - 0.047 in. The strapping machine is factory-set for PET straps. It can be adapted for PP straps using the convenient installation material supplied. The welding process requires a temperature of just , effectively eliminating the risk of burns. For first-class results, the tensioning force and welding time can be adjusted electronically in several stages. Since the device produces a strong weld seam, no additional seals are required. This saves considerable space and operating costs, making it an excellent choice for any business.
