The strapping tool HU-P1316 impresses with a high tensioning speed of 7.87 in/s and a tensioning force of 2,800 N. With its integrated tensioning and sealing function, this product guarantees both power and efficiency.

Thanks to the ergonomic positioning of the buttons, the device is easy to operate with one hand. The welding process is started simply by pressing the upper button. The strap can then be shortened by operating the side switch to remove excess material. Once the friction-welding process is complete and the friction seal is secure, the strapping machine can be released easily by pulling the lower lever. This means that picked goods and packages can be strapped tightly and securely ready for dispatch within just a few seconds.

The device is designed for straps made of PET (polyethylene) and PP (polypropylene) with a width of 0.51 - 0.63 in and a thickness of 0.02 - 0.047 in. The strapping machine is set for PET straps as standard. It can be converted to PP strap using the supplied installation material. The welding process requires a temperature of only , which rules out the risk of burns. For optimum results, the tensioning force and welding time can be adjusted continuously electronically.

As the device creates a weld seam, no additional sealing sleeves are required. This saves space and operating costs.

The removable battery allows the device to be used without a cable, providing excellent handling and a high degree of freedom of movement. The replacement battery charges while you continue working with the device. This means the HU-P1316 can be used flexibly at different locations. The power-saving one-handed operation provides efficiency and ergonomic working conditions, while also making it easy to tension and weld the strapping band horizontally, vertically or overhead. The handy rubber grip provides a secure hold and a pleasant feel. Thanks to its robust housing, minor impacts are no problem. The batteries allow 200 - 300 seams to be welded and last for approximately 8 h with continuous use. The associated charger, which fully recharges the batteries within 1.5 h, is also included.
