This is now possible with our solar streetlight SLS50/25 from TecMaschin. It is easy to work in 3-shift operation because the 8 W-powerful streetlight floods a large area with cool white light (6,000 K). 1,280 lm and 357 LED diodes turn night into day. A solar panel mounted above the LED spotlight fully charges the internal energy storage unit (3,2 V / 25 Ah) within 10 - 12 h. The battery capacity then supplies the compact LED lamp with power for 12 - 14 h. Its brightness decreases in 3 levels, depending on the charge of the internal storage unit. On cloudy days, when the panel is poorly oriented toward the sun or when it is covered, charging may be incomplete and the illumination time may therefore be shorter.

Withstands every weather condition: the LED lamp SLS50/25

The housing around the sensitive LED diodes and electrical circuits is designed to withstand both heavy splash water and dust, thereby meeting the requirements of protection class IP65. Its low weight of 17.6 lbs makes uncomplicated installation on the hot-dip galvanised lamp post possible.

Intelligent control with motion sensor

With various functions that can be set on the remote control, the solar lamp SLS50/25 can be configured for almost any application. It can be dimmed in 4 levels. The integrated motion sensor also provides maximum efficiency. As a result, the LED lamp only lights up when it is actually needed and reliably switches to energy-saving mode at 30% after 15 minutes without detecting any movement. This saves energy and further extends the product life through this integral part of the sustainable lighting system. The desired illumination time can also be set if the lamp is required to remain permanently lit.

Professional tip:

Always orient the solar panel of the SLS50/25 toward the south and ensure that it is positioned as optimally as possible for the winter sun to obtain the maximum energy yield. Clean the panel regularly to maintain its efficiency. Dirty or covered solar panels generate less electricity.
