Clean Large Areas Efficiently

The SWM30 delivers a cleaning capacity of up to 12,900 sq ft/hr, helping reduce the time required for routine floor maintenance. The powerful brush motor operates at 175 rpm, while the 400 W suction motor supports efficient removal of loosened dirt and wastewater.

Its quiet operation, ergonomic height-adjustable handle, and fully electric drive make the industrial floor cleaner particularly suitable for offices, hospitals, cafeterias, supermarkets, and other commercial environments.

Reach Tight Spaces and Corners More Easily

Cleaning around walls, corners, and confined areas can be difficult with larger cleaning equipment. The SWM30 addresses this challenge with a compact design, small brush diameter, and a brush head that is offset to the right.

The brush head can also be raised for easier maneuvering and transport. Combined with a machine weight of 132 lbs, the compact construction makes the floor scrubber dryer easy to maneuver during daily cleaning tasks.

Ergonomic Handling for Everyday Use

The height-adjustable handle allows the SWM30 to be adapted to operators of different heights, supporting a comfortable working position. The handle can also be folded down completely, making the scrubber dryer easier to transport when required.

Separate Solution and Recovery Tanks for Easy Maintenance

The 7 gal solution tank provides a continuous supply of cleaning water and can be filled through a flap on top of the scrubber dryer. The solution nozzle distributes water evenly across the floor to help loosen dirt.

Water flow is continuously monitored and stops when the machine stops. This provides controlled water delivery during operation.

Remove Wastewater Directly After Scrubbing

A 28 in-wide squeegee at the rear of the SWM30 removes wastewater directly from the cleaned floor. A contact brush pressure of 55 lbs supports thorough pickup of wastewater from the surface.

Dirty water is collected in the 8 gal recovery tank. The pre-installed recovery tank drain hose allows the tank to be emptied in just a few steps after cleaning.

Quiet Operation for Commercial Environments

Polyurethane wheels and the fully electric drive contribute to quiet operation. This makes the SWM30 suitable for commercial environments where floor cleaning may take place near employees, customers, patients, or visitors.

Do not store the machine in areas where temperatures may fall below freezing, as freezing temperatures can damage the nozzles and lines.
