The small all-rounder

Easy to use and compactly designed, yet equipped with two large tanks. That is our SWM30. A true all-rounder for floor cleaning. Quiet, manoeuvrable and robust, the small scrubber dryer cleans a wide range of surfaces in a variety of environments.

Efficient, compact and manoeuvrable 

The powerful brush motor, combined with the 400 W-powerful suction motor, ensures efficient cleaning at 175 rpm. This also enables quick and easy cleaning at up to 12,917 ft²/h. The performance is reflected in the variety of surfaces that the SWM30 cleans: smooth tiled floors, polished concrete floors, terrazzo floors, PVC and much more can be effortlessly freed from dirt with this industrial floor cleaner. The low weight of 132.3 lbs, together with the height-adjustable handle, ensures easy and ergonomic operation for people of different heights. If required, the handle can also be folded down completely, making transport easier. The small brush diameter, the brush head offset to the right and the compact design of the SWM30 enable thorough cleaning even in confined spaces and corners. The brush can also be raised. Thanks to its solid construction with a sturdy metal frame, the machine is highly durable, robust and therefore a sustainable investment for floor-cleaning tasks.

Quiet, reliable cleaning

The fresh-water tank, with a capacity of up to 7.4 gal, ensures a continuous supply of fresh water and is easy to fill through a flap on the top of the scrubber dryer. The fresh-water nozzle wets the floor evenly and reliably loosens dirt. The flow is continuously monitored and stops as soon as the machine is stopped. The 27.56 in-wide suction squeegee at the rear of the machine effortlessly removes wastewater from the cleaned surface. Combined with a high contact pressure of 55 lbs, this ensures residue-free cleaning of floor surfaces. The wastewater tank holds 7.93 gal and collects the wastewater centrally. It can be emptied in just a few steps using the pre-installed wastewater hose. Thanks to the polyurethane running wheels and the fully electric drive, the SWM30 operates quietly and is therefore ideal for use in office buildings, hospitals, canteens and supermarkets. The 984 in-long power cable reliably supplies power from standard 120 V sockets.

Notes:

For optimum floor cleaning, we recommend using SWM30 with the Multi Blue all-purpose cleaner. 

Use only a low-foam cleaning agent to prevent malfunctions and damage.

Do not leave the machine in rooms where temperatures could fall below freezing, as this will damage the nozzles and lines.
