U-profile crash protection for pallet racks, 15.75 in tall + 4 bolt anchors

Protects your racking system from damage to the outer uprights caused by accidental collisions with, for example, forklifts, thereby preventing avoidable accidents and the resulting costs.

Damage to the racks requires time-consuming repairs and disrupts smooth day-to-day operations. By contrast, the impact protection can be replaced quickly and with little effort if it becomes damaged.

The L- or U-shaped collision protection provides optimum protection for your pallet, warehouse or cantilever racks. It is available with a height of 15.75 in; its yellow-and-black colouring increases visibility and helps prevent damage.
The L-shaped protection is mainly used on the outer sides of racks to prevent accidental collisions with forklift trucks.
As an alternative to the L-shaped protection, the U-shaped protection can also protect the outer uprights; it additionally protects the inner rack uprights from three sides.

The L- and U-shaped collision protection from TOPREGAL has been tested in accordance with DGUV 208-061. DIN 15635 and applicable national and local regulations may require collision protection for fixed racks and forklift use to prevent accidental impacts from lifting equipment such as forklifts or pallet trucks. To anchor the collision protection securely to the floor, it is fastened using 4 anchor bolts 1/2 in x 4 in. The anchor bolts are included in the price and scope of delivery.

Note for use:

The U-shaped impact guard is compatible with all our Pallet Racks, except the PR15000 pallet rack and Pallet Racks intended to be installed in conjunction with pallet rack load spreaders. Due to its narrow design, this impact guard does not fit the foot sections of these racks. For this purpose, we recommend our 19 cm-wide U-shaped impact guard.
