L-profile crash protection/collision protection for pallet racks, 15.75 in tall / 4.72 in wide + 4 bolt anchors

Protects the outer uprights of your shelving system from damage, e.g. accidentally being hit by forklift trucks, and thus prevents avoidable accidents and the resulting costs.

Damage to the racks requires time-consuming repairs and hampers the smooth operation of day-to-day business. The collision protection, on the other hand, can be replaced quickly and without great effort should it have suffered any damage.

L- or U-profile rack protection provides optimum protection for your pallet, storage or cantilever racks. It is available with a height of 15.75 in and, thanks to the yellow-black colour scheme, ensures increased awareness and prevents damage and injury. 
The L-profile protection is used mainly on the external sides of the rack to prevent accidental collision by industrial trucks.
U-profile protection can also be used as an alternative to L-profile protection to protect the external uprights; it also protects the internal rack uprights from three sides.

TOPREGAL’s L- and U-profile rack protection has been tested according to DGUV 208-061. The applicable DIN 15635 stipulates rack protection for stationary racks to protect them from accidental impact by lifting equipment such as a forklift or pallet truck. Collision protection is secured to the ground by using 4 1/2 in x 4 in bolt anchors. The bolt anchors are included in the price and delivery volume.
