The LR2000 starter bay is a freestanding base unit that can be used on its own or expanded with compatible add-on bays as your storage needs grow.
Heavy-Duty Storage for Warehouses and Industrial Facilities
The TOPREGAL LR2000 is a modular heavy-duty storage rack designed for organized, high-capacity storage in warehouses, distribution centers, production areas, maintenance departments, and industrial workshops. The 91 in W x 24 in D x 118 in H configuration provides 5 storage levels in a compact footprint. Each level supports up to 1,100 lbs when the load is evenly distributed. The complete bay supports up to 4,400 lbs total, and the stated maximum bay capacity must not be exceeded.
Adjustable Boltless Design
The horizontal beams can be repositioned in approximately 2" increments to accommodate changing product sizes. Safety pins help secure the beams against accidental disengagement. The boltless design allows fast setup without complicated installation procedures.
Galvanized Steel Decking
Galvanized steel decking panels fit into the beams to create stable, durable shelf surfaces. The corrosion-resistant finish is easy to clean and well suited for parts, supplies, sealed containers, tools, and other warehouse materials.
Modular Expansion
Begin a storage row with a starter bay and expand it with compatible LR2000 add-on bays as storage needs grow. Additional shelf levels may be added when the components are approved for the selected rack configuration.
Assembly and Safety
Position the beams at the desired height, secure them with the supplied safety pins, and install the steel decking. Assembly hardware is included. Anchor and use the rack in accordance with the assembly instructions, site conditions, and applicable workplace requirements. Load ratings apply only to evenly distributed loads.
